Paris attacks suspect arrested
BRUSSELS-Belgian authorities released fresh pictures Thursday of the suspected third attacker who struck Brussels’ airport last month and appealed for more information from the public, signaling that the manhunt for the remaining main suspect is making slow progress.

Surveillance video from the Brussels airport shows a man linked to the deadly bombings on March 22.
Salah Abdeslam, one of the only surviving suspects of the November 13th attacks in Paris, remains in prison in Bruges.
Belgian federal prosecutors have released new photos of the third Brussels airport bombing suspect.
Belgian Abrini, 30, was reportedly arrested in the Anderlecht district of Brussels.
The second suspect arrested along with Abrini was named as “Osama Krayem” by VRT’s discreet sources, but no other details were given.
Eric Van der Sypt, a spokesman for the Belgian federal prosecutor’s office, is quoted by CNN, however, as saying that Mohamed Abrini, 31, a key suspect in the assault on the French capital a year ago, was one of two people arrested. Authorities said the man was pushing a cart with luggage containing a 35-pound bomb that did not detonate.
Critics say Belgium has not done enough to tackle Islamic radicalisation as close links have emerged between the Brussels and Paris killings which were claimed by the Islamic State group.
He has not resurfaced since the emergence of surveillance video placing him in the convoy with the attackers headed to Paris.
Police had appealed to anyone who may have noticed a jacket that was discarded by the suspect between the airport and the Schaerbeek area or who may have seen the suspect in the two hours following the attack to contact investigators.
Khalid El Bakraoui, who blew himself up at Maalbeek metro station, rented the flat where the March 15 raid took place.

Abdeslam, who previously said that he wanted to be extradited to France, was not present at a court hearing in Brussels on Thursday. The 26-year-old was captured in Molenbeek four days before the March 22 attacks in Brussels. According to prosecutors, Abdeslam’s fingerprints were found in the apartment where Algerian terror suspect Mohamed Belkaid was shot dead after opening fire on police. The auto they drove was used two days later in the attacks, in which Abdeslam’s elder brother was a suicide bomber.
