Paris Ringleader Planned Another Attack on Major Business District for Days
Mohamed Abrini, 30, was caught on camera at a gas station with Abdeslam on November 11, two days before the November 13 Paris attacks, Belgian authorities said.

“The investigating judge has issued an European and worldwide arrest warrant against Mohamed Abrini”.
The vehicle he and Abdelslam were driving was the Renault Clio used in the attacks.
The Paris prosecutor Francois Molins said Tuesday that the man believed to have orchestrated the Paris attacks, Abdelhamid Abaaoud, had planned more attacks before he was killed by police on November 18.
The Paris attacks have been traced to a network of people with ties to both France and Belgium, where Abaaoud was from.
French investigators are still piecing together exactly who did what when and have launched a massive hunt to find Abdeslam, suspected of being the eighth attacker mentioned by Islamic State when it claimed responsibility for the killings.
French Interior Minister Bernard Cazeneuve told MPs on Tuesday that 124 people have been handed preliminary charges since a state of emergency was imposed hours after the attacks, following more than 1,230 searches in which 230 weapons were recovered.
Though the Belgian capital continues to be under the highest-level threat alert, meaning that an attack is serious and imminent, schools and subways began reopening across the city on Wednesday.
With Abdeslam still on the run, a suicide vest similar to those found in the attacks was discovered in the same Paris suburb where a mobile phone belonging to Abdeslam was located.
“We know that this attack wasn’t just intended for the people of Paris, but for our whole way of life”, she said after laying a single white rose at the Place de la Republique, the Paris square that has become the focal point of tributes for the victims.
Abaaoud was killed in a massive police raid on an apartment in northern Paris five days after the attacks.
Belgian authorities have charged a fifth suspect with terror offenses relating to the Paris attacks.
Belgium is seeking greater intelligence-sharing from Morocco amid threats to Brussels following the Paris attacks, and their two monarchs have held talks to pave the way for increased cooperation, according to the Moroccan state agency and a Belgian official.
Authorities also believe that Abaaoud and at least one accomplice planned to carry out another suicide bombing in La Defense, the business district of Paris located on the western edge of the city.
The attackers killed at least 130 people in the deadliest rampage on French soil since World War II. Hollande will discuss the crisis with German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Wednesday and Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday after meeting U.S. President Barack Obama on Tuesday.
Police are now searching for Salah Abdeslam, a key suspect linked to the attacks.

President Francois Hollande is also trying to rally support this week for a more coordinated worldwide campaign to destroy the militant group.
