A family was left helpless on the airport by refusing the son to board on British airway flight back to France from Chicago. British airways officials said that their son’s size is not safe for flight journey.

Actually the man Kevin Chenais, 22, was left on airport by saying that his weight is and health condition is not safe for flight journey. This man and his family went France from USA, 18 months ago for treatment for his hormone disorder.

However, the British airlines said that “we keep our customer always satisfied. But due to some reason we can’t let them do something, which means they didn’t doing all this for any wrong intention”. They also added that “we offered that family for full refund along with hotel accommodation to stay unless they found any other way to reach home”.
