Pathankot terror attack: All 5 terrorists neutralized | Jaish-e-Mohammed Blamed
Gunfire and blasts were heard on Sunday at an Indian Air Force base that was attacked by militants a day earlier, and TV channels reported two gunmen were still at large in the sprawling facility near the border with Pakistan.

While all political parties condemned the attack, there was no immediate demand that the government call off talks with Pakistan.
“We urge all countries in the region to work together to disrupt and dismantle terrorist networks and to bring to justice the perpetrators of this heinous act”. “Building on the goodwill created during the recent high level contacts between the two countries, Pakistan remains committed to partner with India as well as other countries in the region to completely eradicate the menace of terrorism afflicting our region”, it said in a statement.
Press Trust of India news agency is quoting police as saying that four attackers have been killed following the hourslong gunbattle and police have started an operation to clear a wider area of other possible intruders.

In July 2015 seven people were killed in a similar attack when gunmen stormed a police station in nearby Gurdaspur district.
