Patriots Practice Report: Rob Gronkowski Returns With Knee Brace
After missing practice all week last week, sitting out the loss to the Philadelphia Eagles and missing the full padded practice on Wednesday, seeing Gronkowski back on the practice field is significant.

The tight end, who has missed one game since hurting his right knee in a loss to Denver on November 29, had his second day of limited practice Friday and was listed as questionable when the defending Super Bowl champions released their injury report.
It’s not as if the Patriots have been struggling on offense, but still, getting a player of Edelman’s caliber back can only make Tom Brady more unsafe. “Different guys are dealing with different things”, Brady told reporters, according to Reiss.
The Texans (6-6) will bid for a fifth win in six games on Sunday when they face the formidable challenge of the Patriots (10-2).
If you’re hoping that Rob Gronkowski returns Sunday night for the Patriots, Thursday’s practice is an encouraging sign. “It may take on a little different form”.
“It’s always good to be out there with your teammates and staff, and put the cleats on and run around”, Edelman said after practice. He was expected to miss six to eight weeks, yet the wideout made a return to the practice field just over three weeks after the procedure.

Sound the alarm, Patriots fans – your boy Julian Edelman is somehow back at practice ahead of the Week 14 Sunday night matchup against the Texans.
