Those feelings abound: An Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research poll conducted September 15-18 found three out of four Americans felt frustrated by the election, and majorities also described themselves as angry and helpless.

Seeking to pad her lead in battleground states, Clinton was making a direct appeal for moderate Republican voters turned off by Trump.

When Trump mocked or maligned the disabled, Mexican-Americans, Muslim-Americans, African-Americans, veterans and others, where was all the righteous concern, including from self-professed and proud Christian Mike Pence?

After the two leave from the bus, Bush instructs Zucker to give Trump a hug, and she complies.

“There’s a kind of panic setting in among Republicans”, said Robert Shrum, a politics professor at the University of Southern California and a longtime Democratic strategist. Ryan earlier in the day had told House Republicans that he’ll no longer campaign for Trump.
