Paul Walker’s Daughter Files Wrongful Death Suit Against Porsche
Paul Walker’s teenage daughter filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche, claiming the luxury auto manufacturer is to blame for the fatal 2013 wreck that killed her father in a fiery blaze, according to reports.

The lawsuit also claims that the vehicle burst into flames just over a minutes after impact and also that it was being driven between 63-71 miles per hour. He was riding in the passenger seat of a Porsche Carrera GT while his friend, Roger Rodas, drove.
Attorneys for Meadow conclude by saying that the Porsche Carrera GT is a auto with a history of stability and control issues, a vehicle that is simply too risky to still be allowed on the road.
Rodas was driving Paul’s Porsche Carrera GT at the time of the crash.
The lawsuit contends that the auto was travelling much slower when it went out of control, according to TMZ.
“Absent these defects in the Porsche Carrera GT, Paul Walker would be alive today”, the lawsuit states.
In May of 2014, Rodas’ widow, Kristine Rodas, filed a wrongful death suit against Porsche, claiming neglience and poor vehicle design. “It doesn’t belong on the street”, Meadow’s lawyer, Jeff Milam, told TMZ.
In a lawsuit filed Monday and obtained by EW, Meadow Walker also accuses Porsche of strict liability and negligence, and seeks a survival claim for an unspecific amount of damages to be determined in a jury trial.
“Plaintiff is informed and believes that the seatbelt continued to apply force across Paul Walker’s body after the Porsche came to a rest, causing his breathing to become shallow and prevented any escape or rescue”, the suit alleges.
Meadow is Walker’s only child and the sole heir to his estate, estimated to be worth about $25 million at the time of his death. “And we shouldn’t be without Paul Walker or his friend, Roger Rodas“.

Earlier this month, on what would have been her father’s 42nd birthday, Meadow announced on social media the launch of the Paul Walker Foundation, a nonprofit that will provide grants to those interested in marine science, a subject the actor was passionate about.
