Austin “Chumlee” Russell, star of the reality TV show Pawn Stars, has reportedly been arrested for drug and gun possession.

“On March 9, 2016, a search warrant was served at the residence of Austin Lee Russell regarding a sexual assault investigation”, Officer Larry Hadfield said.

Police say Russell, 33, has not been charged in the sexual assault case, although it’s still under investigation.

He was held at the Clark County Detention Center overnight on $62,000 bail. Chumlee has not been charged in connection to the sexual assault investigation. It is also possible that Chumlee will be fired from the pawn shop if he is found guilty on any or all of the charges brought against him.

Records showed Russell was being held on 19 drug possession charges and one weapon charge.

According to Fox411, Pawn Stars’ Rick Harrison has spoken out about Chumlee’s arrest. By the time of filming “Pawn Stars” Season 1, he had been working in the pawn shop for five years.

A+E Networks, the parent company for the History Channel, and Pawn Stars producer Leftfield Pictures both have made no comment on the Chumlee arrest.
