US President Donald Trump said that shared concern about Iran was driving Israel and many Arab states closer and demanded that Tehran immediately cease military and financial backing of “terrorists and militias”.

As Daniel pointed out, Trump came face-to-face with a major symbol of Israel’s occupation during his journey to Bethlehem this morning “when his motorcade sped through a gap in the Israeli separation barrier that separates Israel from the West Bank”.
President Donald Trump on Tuesday condemned the “evil losers” responsible for a deadly attack on concert-goers in England and called on leaders in the Middle East in particular to help root out violence. He then vowed that the United States will continue to support Israel.
“If Israelis and the Palestinians can make peace, it will begin a process of peace throughout the Middle East”, he said without elaborating on any plans to restart talks.
“Iran’s leaders routinely call for Israel’s destruction”, Trump said.
It is the first time a sitting USA president has visited and prayed at the site.
Trump even suggested that the Saudi monarch agreed with him: “King Salman feels very strongly and, I can tell you, would love to see peace with Israel and the Palestinians”, he said.
The designation “denies the Palestinian people’s legitimate right to resistance to liberate their land and holy places”, Hamas, which identifies as a Islamist national resistance movement, said.
Trump described his meetings with the leaders of the Muslim world and Arab nations from all across the region in Riyadh as “an epic gathering” and “a historic event”.
Netanyahu and Abbas were not scheduled to meet during Trump’s visit.
On Monday, after many viral and freakish moments in Saudi Arabia during his first foreign tour, Trump landed in Tel Aviv, Israel. “If peace means Israel can no longer retain their Jewish state or give up control of Jerusalem, if that’s peace, that’s not gonna happen”.
In his appearance with Abbas, Trump made what many took as a reference to Palestinian payments to the families of terrorists. Under vast US pressure, Barak gave Arafat everything he could have hoped for: a Palestinian state that encompassed 90 percent of the West Bank and all of Gaza, with its capital in East Jerusalem.
US President Donald Trump and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu vowed to cooperate during their meeting in Israel on combating terrorism, the White House stated on Tuesday, APA reports quoting USA media.

“This is what I’ve spent these last few days talking about during my trip overseas”, he said.
