Pence: He, Trump have much in common, but not in rhetoric

Mike Pence is in Wisconsin Wednesday night, making his first local campaign stop since joining the Republican presidential ticket with Donald Trump.

This was Pence’s first solo event since accepting the vice-presidential nomination.

Mike Pence was elected to the United States Congress in 2000 and served until being elected Governor of in in 2012. “Donald Trump has done nothing but divide us”, Julie Craig said.

Pence, during the speech in Waukesha, linked Democrats to world unrest, saying, “History teaches us that weakness arouses evil”.

Donald Trump’s stand on abortion has been inconsistent, but his running mate says Trump would be a “pro-life president”.

“This is a national security issue now and the idea that you’d have any American calling for a foreign power to commit espionage in the USA for the goal of somehow changing an election, I think, that we’re now in a national security space, ” he said.

The Trump campaign announced that Mr. Pence will appear at the University of Northwestern Ohio Events Center, 1450 N. Cable Road, Lima.

Speaking before Pence was a host of notable Wisconsin Republicans, including Governor Walker. Walker called Pence a close friend, but more importantly, Walker called him a “Reagan conservative” and one of the best governors in the country.

In a report by New York Times, Pence reportedly said, “The FBI will get to the bottom of who is behind the hacking”.

“Kaine took a run at getting funding for roads and bridges but never quite got that done”, he said.
