Democrats are ready to unload their opposition research artillery and take aim at Donald Trump’s running mate Indiana Governor Mike Pence.

It was supposed to be Mike Pence’s night in the spotlight, but the biggest moment of suspense at the Republican National Convention came as delegates wondered if Ted Cruz atcually would endorse his former opponent. Pence’s team is already building out an active fundraising schedule for him, including phone time with donors – something Trump dislikes doing – and high-dollar finance events across the country.
“We’re looking for kind of the same things that IN has done”, said Martin.
State Sen. Jim Tomes, a Wadesville Republican, also confirmed this week he was seeking the nomination.
“We can not have four more years of apologizing to our enemies and abandoning our friends”, the IN governor told a partisan crowd IN Cleveland.
“It is such an honor to join to your family and welcome you to Cleveland”, Pence said. Several speakers bashed the current White House for not doing enough to help veterans and defeat Islamic State militants.
So if Trump is elected, Pence might end up being one of the most powerful men in the world. But in an interview to The New York Times, Trump said that the United States under his presidency might not come to the defence of some North Atlantic Treaty Organisation members if Russian Federation were to attack them. And we could be in a much better place.

In a call for unity, Pence said the choice ultimately comes down to two names on the ballot. “For those of you who don’t know me, like most of you”.
“Although abortion rights and marriage equality are part of the unambiguous law of the land, Pence represents the politics of permanent reaction and rollback, seeking to use the tools of government to undermine access to these rights wherever he can”, Clarkson said. He said voters must ensure it’s Trump picking the justices.
But while numerous vice presidential nominee’s statements are technically true, the context of the claims shows a more complicated picture of his handling of Indiana’s economy.
Christie’s letter to Indiana GOP committee members said the Republican Governors Association would give financial support to whoever the committee picks.
“You have nominated a man for president who never quits, who never backs down – a fighter, a victor”, Pence said of his running mate. Dan Coats and even Pence.

“There’s a lot of friction under the surface here”, said Doug Brubaker, the Lancaster County delegate who was the only one from Pennsylvania not to vote for Trump in the Tuesday night roll call. Brooks handed out pamphlets to delegates Thursday morning in hopes of swaying their vote.
