It’s reported that the pensioner, Ronald Butcher, found dead in his house in the year 2013, but before dying he made his will in which he left his entire property for the friendly builder who once cleaned his gutter for free.
Daniel Sharp, 45, who cleaned Butcher’s gutter for free, said that they became good friends after the cleaning incident.
He even admitted that he was ‘shocked’ after getting the news of his ‘will’.
But now Mr. Butcher’s cousin and two others have taken legal action challenging the will he wrote in 2013.
