A pensioner who recently have got a nickname ‘Amazing Annie’ for her amazing life which was devoted completely towards education.

While on this age, several people are just living in their home playing with pets and children – Annie Murphy, born in 1913, continuing her journey towards education by helping those struggling to find work.
In the speech she explained how she managed to get education despite of several problems – including her father who didn’t want her to be in school because there were small brothers and sisters before her.
Not only this – she also had to travel for five mile and two train journey before reaching the school.
But with all difficulties she at last managed to get a job as teacher in the year 1932.
