Student’s mates climbed fifth floor from window to pass note to students who were giving exam inside the classroom.

The story was reported from the Chhapra district of Bihar, India, where people got caught red handed passing cheats to the students sitting inside the classroom.
Local people said that this happens usually in every state board exam, and even in some cases – teacher of that schools or colleges helps the student in cheating.
After the incident came into light, the education minister of Bihar, Mr. P K Sahi, said “What can the government do to stop cheating if parents and relatives are not ready to cooperate”.
He added “Should the government give orders to shoot them”.
