Miley Cyrus seemed to be pretty obsessed with her breasts when she appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live last night!

The singer has been working on both a solo album and, over the past two years, one in collaboration with the Flaming Lips, that has been referred to as Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Pets (possibly in tribute to her late dog, Floyd) by Lips frontman Wayne Coyne.
“Parents need to be aware of the VMAs strong youth-appeal, as well as the fact that MTV pulls in young viewers by using other Viacom-owned properties – like Nickelodeon – to promote the program”, she said.
The star wanted to know what her dad, Billy Ray Cyrus thinks of her tendency to strip off in public and Mils was adamant that he doesn’t have a problem with her dress sense…..or lack thereof!
“Can I say hell no?” the man replied.
“[But] he’d rather have me with my tits out and being a good person than rather have my shirt on and be a bitch”, Miley added.
The Wrecking Ball hitmaker looked barely recognisable as she stepped out in a frilly shirt and a super sensible grey skirt.
Which isn’t really surprising coming from the woman who once said, “It really doesn’t bother me when people tell me I’m insane because I am”.
PETA recently named Miley its “Sexiest Vegetarian Celebrity of 2015” – maybe she can do a takeover of their site after she gets done hosting the VMAs on Sunday?
One man wearing a New England Patriots T-shirt thought she was Miley and inappropriately pulled open the top of her blouse and pulled him close to show off her breasts.
The “We Can’t Stop” star adopts the persona of Janet, an Australian news reporter, who takes to the streets and quizzes people on their views about… herself!
