Pep Guardiola: “Manchester City is as*** team!”
Dimitri Seluk has a long history of the war of words with Manchester City.

Seluk’s latest claim continues a public feud with Guardiola after the Spanish manager left Toure out of his Champions League squad for the tournament’s group stages.
“Guardiola’s phone call was a huge part of me deciding to go there”.
“Now, Guardiola has come to this s- team. Guardiola likes money more than football”. “That is the situation”.
Yaya Toure has not made a single competitive appearance under Pep Guardiola for six years.
Seluk added that Pep does not want players with personality. After all, Guardiola’s brother Pere is an agent of some success, representing Luis Suarez among others.
Yet what no-one seems able to explain is the strength of the relationship between player and agent that has survived every crisis Seluk has thrust it into. If he doesn’t, the player is bad.
“(Guardiola) is coming to a place where Toure already is.
Toure has been ostracised by Guardiola at the Etihad Stadium and there would appear to be no way back for him.
Benfica left-back Álex Grimaldo has again been linked with a move to Manchester City today after reports surfaced earlier this month that City chiefs had been in contact with his agent over a deal. “If he doesn’t, he won’t play”, said Guardiola. But Barca are Barca.
The Blues, who also beat Real Madrid, Barcelona and Bayern Munich to the £27million striker, will welcome their new Brazilian sensation in January.
“My happiness does not depend on if I am going to win all the titles or not, so my target is now to be happy today, drink a little bit of wine, and tomorrow prepare the game and of course I am going to try to win our League Cup game [against Swansea City], there is no doubt about that”.
The story that best exemplifies the role of a good agent was told to me by a former pro who went into that business himself.

The agent then suggested that Tottenham’s Mauricio Pochettino and Leicester City’s Claudio Ranieri were better managers for doing more with fewer resources. “[Pochettino] is a coach with merit”. The sad truth for Toure is that any birthday cake-related activity involving candles, singing or presents within the aegis of the Premier League will, for some time to come, have to be accompanied by a picture of the Ivorian looking sad or excluded or both.
