Pep Guaridola’s already chosen which club he’s joining amid Manchester United
The Spaniard, who is assumed to be heading for the Premier League club Manchester City in summer 2016, will be a coach facing a special challenge as the German champion and its head coach will have to get through another six months together.

The 56-year-old Ancelotti was former Bayern great Franz Beckenbauer’s preferred candidate if Guardiola chose not to extend his contract.
Bayern Munich chairman Karl-Heinz Rummenigge has said that he has a good idea as to which club departing head Pep Guardiola will join next.
“I am convinced Pep and our team are now going to work even more intensively on realising our sporting ambitions, particularly now that it has been confirmed that Pep will be leaving Bayern”. Carlo is a quiet, balanced expert who can cope with the stars and someone who favours a variety of systems in football.
“It’s an honour for me to be part of this great club next season”, Ancelotti wrote.
The former Barcelona coach has won two league titles and the German Cup since joining Bayern in summer 2013.
During the Guardiola era, “Die Bayern” (The Bavarians) won one UEFA Super Cup, one FIFA Club World Cup, two Bundesliga titles and a DFB-Pokal (German Cup).
Guardiola flew home to Spain yesterday and has given no indication of his future plans, but has been heavily linked to Manchester City.
Chelsea could well be the best option for him, he would have a clean slate to work with as Guus Hiddink is the new interim manager and Roman Abramovich does have the capital to rebuild a team that suits Guardiola but does picking up from where Jose Mourinho left off seem appealing to Pep? Having previously managed Juventus, AC Milan, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain, too, in addition to three Champions League titles, it’s safe to say Bayern fans have no reason to worry that their place at European football’s top table isn’t under threat, under their hugely experienced new boss.
Recurrent injury problems have led to issues between Guardiola and Bayern’s medical staff. Kicker magazine reported Thursday that the coach blamed team doctor Volker Braun for the latest injury to afflict Franck Ribery.
Their availability will put fear into current coaches at Europe’s leading clubs whose jobs just became a lot less secure.
Reports indicate that Chelsea have approached Bayern Munich manager Pep Guardiola with a view to bring him to Stamford Bridge as Mourinho’s permanent replacement.

Bayern, however, have maintained their stranglehold on the Bundesliga, winning titles and breaking records in the process.
