On Sunday, news outlets reported Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning would officially announce his retirement on Monday.
“The records and the awards don’t define his story or explain his passion”, Eli Manning said in the video.

He said: “I thought about it a lot, prayed about it a lot…it was just the right time”.
In an interview on the Giants’ website, Eli says there are many things he’s going to miss now that his brother is retired.
“I’ll miss that handshake with Tom Brady and I’ll miss the plane rides after a big win with 53 teammates standing in the aisles, laughing and celebrating during the whole flight”, Manning detailed.
