During his time with the Broncos, Manning set several records. Peyton Manning changed the way the quarterback position is played.

His teams made the play-offs in 15 of his 18 seasons.

He will make the official announcement on Monday, according to the Broncos.

Manning leaves as the NFL’s all-time leading passer and winningest starting quarterback, the only one in to win Super Bowls with two franchises.

The quarterback’s legacy was built in Indianapolis after the Colts chose him as their No. 1 pick in the 1998 draft. Despite missing the entire 2011 season with a neck injury, Manning will retire with the records for the most yards thrown by a quarterback, the most games won, the most passing touchdowns completed, the most touchdowns in a season, and the most MVP awards-among many others. 500 before the Super Bowl run this past winter.

Tom Brady and the Patriots are 6-4 in the AFC Championship game, and three of those losses have come on the road against Manning’s teams in 2006, 2013, and 2015.

“And while he expected the best from his coaches and teammates, he still held himself to the highest standard of all”. That’s important to me. I think I’ll take some time after that. I just had a chance to see Eli.

Now, Peyton Manning is doing the same.

With so much uncertainty surrounding his ability to continue playing after those invasive surgeries, and just before the Colts would have owed him $28 million, Indianapolis cut him in March 2012. Manning was accused of placing his genitals in the face of a female university employee who later filed a defamation lawsuit over the characterization of her and the incident in a book written by Manning and his family.

A torn ligament in his left foot hampered Manning all the way back to August.

The Denver Broncos announced Sunday morning that the two-time Super Bowl winning and former Tennessee star would retire. “I can tell this organization is committed to winning”. But I wanted to know: What is all this stuff at the line of scrimmage?

Peyton Manning has announced the end of his 18-year National Football League career. Peyton energized it as had no one before him, he made it more fun for our fans, and made the game better. Manning not only was at the vanguard of the aerial fireworks shows that light up today’s scoreboards and big-screen TVs, he was the mastermind of it.
