However, it is still not clear who hacked Shkreli’s Twitter account.

The much-loathed former executive and perpetual online troll appeared to have his Twitter account hacked Sunday afternoon, with a series of lewd messages suddenly appearing days after his arrest for alleged securities fraud.
Shkreli was charged on Thursday with securities fraud, securities fraud conspiracy and wire fraud conspiracy related to his management of hedge fund MSMB Capital Management and biopharmaceutical company Retrophin Inc (RTRX.O). Shkreli has resigned as the head of one of the companies he now runs, Turing Pharmaceuticals, on Friday, Dec. 18, 2015.
The government charges do not include activities at privately held Turing. “His plots were only by efforts to hide the fraud, which led him to operate his companies…as a Ponzi scheme”, said a statement from the US Justice Department.
Shkreli pleaded not guilty on all charges. Tilles will continue to serve as chairman of the board of directors.
“We have been working with Twitter to get it fixed”.
Martin Shkreli, the former hedge fund manager under fire for buying a pharmaceutical company and ratcheting up the price of a life-saving drug, is escorted by law enforcement agents in NY after being taken into custody following a securities probe.

Hillary Clinton, the front-runner for the Democratic presidential nomination, pilloried him for price-gouging, and he was pulled into congressional investigations into drug pricing.
