Phoenix police getting clearer picture of ‘street shooter’ serial killer

The Phoenix Police Department is searching for the person responsible for the following incidents in the Maryvale area: March 17: A 16-year-old was shot while walking around 11.

Phoenix police have connected seven deaths and two woundings to a serial killer who shoots his victims at night with a semi-automatic handgun. He may have an accomplice, police said.

Two days later the shooter struck again at the exact same time, shooting a 21-year-old man who was standing outside of his vehicle.

The most recent attack occurred June 12, when the shooter killed three people in the early morning. According to Dave Biscobing, an investigative reporter for the local ABC News outlet, the Phoenix police don’t believe the shooter has a motive.

A witness was able to provide a suspect description, bringing police one step closer to finding the killer.

The Maricopa County District Attorney’s Office and law enforcement agencies together are offering a $30,000 reward for information that leads to solving this mystery.

The body of Krystal Annette White, 55, was found at her home address around 4:30 a.m. on April 19.
