Pilot Manhandles Drunk Passenger Who Tries To Enter Cockpit

At this moment, the pilot tackles Mr Kerr to the floor and restrains him, all while the passenger warns that the pilot would regret his decision when the incident is shared on Facebook.
According to an Federal Bureau of Investigation affidavit, Kerr got out of his seat before the plane had taxied to its gate, he then became belligerent and threatened to break the flight attendant’s jaw.
The pilot said: ‘Take a seat.
Documents shown to the court in Charlotte include an Federal Bureau of Investigation report saying Kerr threatened to break the flight attendant’s jaw.
Kerr’s attorney said he is coordinating a ride back to his home in Kentucky.
A pilot tackled the disruptive and drunk passenger.. According to the Charlotte Observer, Kerr is out on a $25,000 bond, although he is banned from flying commercial airlines and is barred from making contact with the female flight attendant he attacked.
According to an Federal Bureau of Investigation affidavit, Kerr remained standing.
Kerr, who had three Jack Daniels during the flight, refused to sit down as the plane taxied to the gate.
It also says he kicked an attendant’s leg and pushed another.
Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police took Kerr into custody.
He is now out on $25,000 (£19,000) bond, according to the US Attorney’s Office.
Reporter Blake Hanson attended the hearing and spoke to a friend of the assaulted flight attendant.
‘She’s as angry as anyone would be, but she’s also very forgiving, ‘ Love told the newspaper. “I don’t think she’s so much focused on the assailant or his wrongdoing, she’s just focused on getting better”.

The incident occurred on July 21 during a flight from Lexington, Kentucky, to Charlotte, North Carolina.
