According to the report, the pizza restaurant received a call from the Frontier Airlines pilot asking about the enough pizza to feed his hungry passengers at 10PM on Monday.
The flight was heading to Denver, From Washington, but it was diverted 100 miles away to the city of Cheyenne due to heavy rain.
The pizza restaurant’s manager Andrew Ritchie had just 30 minutes to prepare the pizzas, and the rather unusual request came in just as his staff were about to head home.
But despite of several problems, he managed to complete the order.
Later, one passenger, Nadia Kouri, captured the pizza distributing session in the flight in her camera and posted on twitter with description “Bad news: my Denver flight was sent to WY due to this storm. Good news: the pilot ordered pizza! Thanks @FlyFrontier #hungry”.
