In Touch Weekly appears to have scooped the rest of the entertainment media world on news of Angelina Jolie’s plans to file for divorce from Brad Pitt after just over two years of marriage.

“I am very saddened by this, but what matters most now is the wellbeing of our kids”, Pitt said in a statement to People magazine. Jolie’s lawyer confirms that she filed “for the health of the family”, and TMZ has reported that substance abuse and anger issues could also be to blame. While the 40-year-old actress is spending more time dedicated to humanitarian pursuits such as Syrian refugees, her husband is still enjoying the Hollywood scene.
The couple married in August 2014 and have been together since 2004. She is, however, asking for full physical custody of the couple’s children, Shiloh, Knox, Vivienne, Zahara, Maddox, and Pax, and joint legal custody. TMZ quotes sources as saying Jolie is exhausted of Pitt’s alleged pot and alcohol habits, and she believes he has an “anger problem” that’s unsafe for the kids.

“It nearly makes you get past those issues because you can laugh at them”, Jolie Pitt said. “You do a film about bad marriage and you witness that behavior”.
Jolie, 41, was reportedly upset with the way Pitt was parenting the children. They married in 2014 after a decade together.
Just hours after it was revealed that Angelina, 41, filed for divorce from Brad, 52, on September 20, HollywoodLife.com obtained the divorce papers that laid out exactly what Angie is asking for as she’s ending her marriage of just over two years.
