We will see if this story grows any further, but the next time the Raiders are in Pittsburgh you can be assured no player will be taunting a police dog now that they know that it could be a felony for doing so.

According to Rich Walsh of CBS Pittsburgh, as the Raiders were taking the field ahead of their matchup with the Pittsburgh Steelers this past weekend at Heinz Field, Armstrong “lifted up his shirt, beat his chest, and started barking and yelling at the K-9”. All-Pro Maurkice Pouncey went down in the preseason and probably won’t play this year.
Coaching- Superb game plan from Todd Haley and the Steelers executed it perfectly. At least this time the prognosis for Roethlisberger is much better than his previous knee injury.
If he can continue to prove himself to be a dynamic running back, and big part of this offense trying to survive what seems like a meteor shower of injuries, the season can still be saved. The Steelers were so frustrated by Jones’ lack of progress they signed Michael Vick off the street in late August as insurance after Bruce Gradkowski was lost for the season with a hand injury then promptly made Vick the primary backup behind Roethlisberger.
Del Rio said the defenders were not shedding blocks, leveraging the ball or making sure tackles. For the Raiders this season, he has amassed just 13 tackles and one sack in eight games (two starts).
“That’s what we expect”, head coach Mike Tomlin said.
“He’s 32, but he’s running like he’s 22”, Foster said.
The Browns enter the game with a 2-7 record, but they have played the Steelers tough in recent years. Jones promised to be ready. “I felt like I could have been better in that moment”. He appeared just fine during his brief appearance against the Raiders, completing 4 of 6 passes for 79 yards, including a 57-yard hookup with Antonio Brown that put Boswell in position to snap Pittsburgh’s two-game losing streak. Brown’s speed and elusiveness turned what should have been a short gain into a big play.

Del Rio said he will leave that up to Woodson and the team medical staff. “I’m going to take it one day at a time…I can walk on it. I’m not running around or anything but the smart thing to do, from what doc has told me and the trainers is just to kinda keep ice on it and get the swelling out and just kind of rest it, let it heal”. He’s a competitor, and more importantly, than that, he’s a hard and detailed worker. Tomlin called it “football justice” that Brown had a career game, setting franchise records with 17 catches for 284 yards.
Special Teams- Chris Boswell knocked down the game-winning field goal and even though he missed for the first time as a Steeler, he was solid overall.
If any team is a due for a break with injuries, it’s the Steelers.
