Attorneys for Planned Parenthood locations in OH filed a lawsuit in federal court Sunday in response to an OH attorney general report that stated that the nonprofit organization improperly handled and disposed of fetal tissue. The publication added that Mike Dewine, Ohio’s Attorney General, has also notified the state’s Department of Health. Since 1993 there have been 11 murders and numerous attempted murders of health care providers and patients at Planned Parenthood.

It started with an investigation into claims Planned Parenthood was selling human fetal tissue.

Planned Parenthood said one of its vendors in OH canceled its contract with the organization after DeWine’s comments, but another licensed medical removal company took over the contract.

DeWine, a Republican, said his office, in conjunction with the Ohio Department of Health, would likely file court papers seeking an injunction ordering Planned Parenthood to dispose of fetal remains humanely.

“We have been clear about this fact from the very beginning”, Kogut said, citing a review by Democratic Attorney General Chris Koster that found no evidence of wrongdoing.

DeWine told reporters on Friday the disposal practice is callous and violates state rules requiring that fetuses be disposed of in a humane manner.

Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region & Southwest Missouri president Mary Kogut says it happened between 8 and 9 Saturday morning, “This is outrageous”.

The investigators discovered that all three Planned Parenthood affiliates were sending fetal remains to companies that were disposing of these remains in landfills, oftentimes intermingled with other common residential and commercial trash.

Kight claims the aborted baby parts are disposed of in the same way medical material from other healthcare providers is disposed of.

The St. Louis Planned Parenthood is the only Missouri clinic providing abortions.

The legislation was introduced after video recordings released earlier this summer showed Planned Parenthood employees allegedly discussing the sale of body parts from aborted fetuses. The attorney general’s office failed to let Planned Parenthood address the allegations, attorneys for the organization said.
