They say enough is enough.

Cecile Richards, president of the Planned Parenthood Federation of America, also mourned and rallied with supporters Saturday.

Barbara Zdravecky, CEO of the Planned Parenthood of Southwest and Central Florida, said the top priority of the organization is the safety of its patients and staff.

Speaking to Fox News the same day, fellow Republican candidate Carly Fiorina said that while “nothing justifies” the shootings in Colorado, Dear’s rampage had nothing to do with the campaign against Planned Parenthood that she has been a vocal participant in.

At a vigil held at All Souls Unitarian Universalist Church in Colorado Springs, Colorado, in response to the horrific shooting a the Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood clinic, the Rev. Nori Rost said: “We’re here to honor the lives of those who were killed yesterday in domestic terrorism….”

The organization had already been under heightened alert after the release of a secretly recorded tape that appeared to show Planned Parenthood officials haggling over the sale of fetal tissue.

In light of the shooting at a Colorado Springs Planned Parenthood that killed three people and injured nine others last Friday, Planned Parenthood affiliates across the nation hosted events for a National Day of Solidarity on Saturday.

Police say Robert Lewis Dear, 57, terrorized dozens when he opened fire at the clinic, which had 45 people inside but no security guard. The political circus over the Planned Parenthood videos is disgraceful. “Our doors are open today, in Colorado and across the country, and nothing will deter us from providing high-quality health care to our patients”.

“We don’t believe that anyone should be attacked for wanting to access basic reproductive healthcare services or for going to work…The black community, immigrant community, the lgbt communities, we’re all affected”, said Mills.

Just as a quick reminder: three percent of the services provided by Planned Parenthood are abortions.
