Planned Parenthood says none of its clinics donate tissue in Maine, New

Lawyers for the professional group said Center for Medical Progress members registered for the conferences using fake drivers licenses and signed forms agreeing not to videotape the meetings. Earlier this week, a Los Angeles county judge had issued a restraining order of a temporary nature against the leaders of the Stem Express, a company based in California that is providing such kind of fetal tissue to the researchers.

What the full video of Nucatola’s discussion with a representative of the Center for Medical Progress will reveal is that consent must be given from a patient for the harvest of tissue and Planned Parenthood does not profit from specimens. This year, they repeated the move at NAF’s annual conference in Baltimore. The group also said that any video or audio being released would put its members in danger.

Vicki Saporta, president and CEO of NAF, said in a statement that the “safety and security” of the organization’s members are their top priorities.

If you are among those who view abortion tantamount to murder, I respect your belief. “CMP went to great lengths to infiltrate our meetings as part of a campaign to intimidate and attack abortion providers”.

Officials with the Alliance Defending Freedom, which fights on behalf of pro-life organizations, were not surprised.

In order to have a nationally accredited ob-gyn program, the school must offer training for all aspects of the field, including abortions, whether elective or medically necessary, said MUSC spokeswoman Heather Woolwine.

But that doesn’t necessarily mean they want to talk about it. And so that’s why they’re trying to suppress that videotape and they’re very scared of it.

The videos have become so controversial, Reuters noted, that Congress stopped funding for Planned Parenthood. In turn, the White House defended the health services provider and denounced the CMP as “extremists on the right”.

The always entertaining pro-Clinton activist group Media Matters for America characterized the videos as “deceptively-edited”.

Sen. James Lankford said the videos should be released because Americans’ tax dollars are used to subsidize Planned Parenthood.

David Daleiden, the head of The Center for Medical Progress, called the National Abortion Federation, to which multiple Planned Parenthood affiliates belong, a “criminal organization” in a statement Friday.

StemExpress claimed unfair competition, breach of contract, interference with contractual relations, fraudulent inducement of a contract, receipt of stolen property and invasion of privacy. These involve second-trimester abortions, which account for less than 10 percent of abortions. House committees are investigating the abortion giant.

“NAF meetings are one of the only places where abortion providers can come together to learn about the latest research and advances in their field, and network without fear of harassment or intimidation”, Juliet Di Frenza, a spokesperson for the group.

It is also not rational – whatever your position in the abortion debate.

“No matter what happens in other states or at the federal level, Governor Brown is committed to Oregon providing comprehensive health services to all women, and Planned Parenthood has been a long-standing and effective partner in that effort”, the spokesperson said.

It would be wise for a Democrat to call out Planned Parenthood.

There is no evidence to suggest body parts are being sold for profit.

“It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly acquire, receive or otherwise transfer any human fetal tissue for valuable consideration if the transfer affects interstate commerce”, the law states. By applying the price list, buyers would have been invoiced between $3,510 and $5,070 for these parts, he said.
