According to the report, South Korea is fast becoming the cosmetic surgery capital of the world, because of the large number of clients who pop over for a little nip and tuck from neighboring China and Japan.
Report also says that some transformations from earlier to newer are so extreme that the patients no longer resemble with their passport pictures.
A doctor explained by saying “We have to compare their uncorrected parts with their photos very carefully with our eyes and machines”.
