PlayStation 4 Remote Play Coming to PC, Mac — Sony

Sony has announced that its PS4 console has surpassed the 30 million worldwide sales mark. Dubbed Remote PC Play, basically this app will trick the PS4 into thinking that your PC is a recognizable remote play device, thus letting gamers stream their PS4 games onto their PCs.

According to Andrew House, CEO of Sony, the PS4 unit continues to be the premier platform for entertainment.

As for its rival, the Xbox One, Microsoft announced the company’s Xbox One was top-selling console for the month of October, but it didn’t reveal any exact figure. Having launched two years ago, the PS4 is demonstrating a rate a growth and adoption that’s unprecedented in the history of PlayStation hardware, Sony says.

New titles coming soon to PS4 include Dragon Quest Builders, Ryu Ga Gotoku Kiwami, Bloodborne The Old Hunters Edition, and Gravity Rush Remastered.

Recently, Sony confirmed that PlayStation 4 will feature a backward compatibility with PlayStation 2 games. Playing the game Ever since the PS4 launched, Remote Play has been widely regarded as one of its best features, turning the oft-maligned PS Vita handheld into a portable screen for the next-gen console.
