Has Sony won E3 2016 already? Yep, the Japanese mastermind behind Metal Gear Solid has been signed to Sony, with his new Kojima Productions house. The Xbox brand finally gets gaming and in order to compete with the PS4, Phil Spencer and his team are packing more muscle to the Xbox One; Project Scorpio releasing in 2017.
As for games we expect to hear more about “Horizon Zero Dawn” and “No Man’s Sky” as both titles were delayed.
We got glimpses of a number of titles, featuring some huge names franchises, including VR experience offerings like Star Wars Battlefront: X-Wing VR Mission, Batman Arkham VR, and Final Fantasy XV. Other games shown include Here They Lie and Farpoint. There was a flying dragon in the end and the titles “God of War” shown. It happens with Sony, it happens with Microsoft – and it sure as hell happens with EA and Ubisoft as well. And what of Crash Bandicoot?
What are you hoping to see at Microsoft’s press conference?
Also confirmed was an X-Wing VR Mission for Star Wars Battlefront.
