‘Please help me’: Jeb Bush was very confused by ‘Sharknado’

Jeb Bush dealt with a lot of hurricanes during his time as Florida’s governor, but a “Sharknado” is one storm the 2016 presidential hopeful doesn’t want to mess with.

Bush said he was surprised by those performances, and more so to learn that “Sharknados” have struck twice before.

“I get to the hotel, like, 10:30 last night and I turn, I’m flipping around, looking at the cable stations and there’s this thing called Sharknado“.

And yes, Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban’s take on the presidency during Wednesday night’s premiere of Sharknado 3 was… remarkable.

Bush deadpans that he then discovers he was watching Sharknado 3, the third installment on the campy television movie offered by the SyFy Channel.

“Sharks coming out of the sky”. People are getting killed. “The Washington Monument is going down”, he said. The third installment in the riveting series featured a “sharknado” hitting Washington, D.C., with Mark Cuban playing the role of president and Ann Coulter as vice president. “I’m culturally illiterate, apparently”.

Cuban, who coincidentally is also a panel member on ABC’s aspiring entrepreneur reality series Shark Tank, later ended up with a shotgun in his hands, exclaiming, “Nobody attacks my house!” as he exits an elevator while cocking said shotgun. Cuban tweeted, “some things just defy explanation”.
