The Chandigarh administration declared a holiday in city schools on Friday since several roads here will be blocked by police and other security agencies for the prime minister’s day-long visit to attend four events in the city.
Speaking at the 34th convocation ceremony of PGIMER, Chandigarh here, PM Modi said, “We should focus not on the disease but the ill”.
