British Premier David Cameron told Prime Minister Narendra Modi he was looking forward to his United Kingdom visit and that only few leaders can fill up the Wembley Stadium in London.
Praising Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s address to the Indian community on Sunday, Bharatiya Janata Party national spokesperson M.J. Akbar said on Monday that he had given a powerful message on terrorism, that there could not be any compromise with evil, and that those nations, or people who would try to differentiate and nuance this, would be hurt badly due to their duplicity.
“In our country it doesn’t take much for allegations to come up against politicians…”
Not taking names, Modi, in his typical sarcastic tone, said that discussions about a son illegally amassing 250 crores, a daughter 500 crores and a son-in-law almost 1000 crores used to be heard regularly in previous government’s rule. Countering Modi, Congress leader Manish Tiwari said, “Indians are fed up with the government who helps a “baghoda”.
Earlier, Modi met his British counterpart.

“Is it not the duty of a son to look after the well-being of his mother”, he said recalling that Modi was chief minister of Gujarat for 12 years and said then and even now he has not brought her to his home. “Is your salary less that you can not take care of your mother?”
