Poirier-Duffy Rescheduled for UFC 195
Dustin Poirier and Joseph Duffy are set to face off after their last fight was scratched this past week. The promotion did not announce whether Poirier vs. Duffy will serve on the event’s pay-per-view main card or the preliminary bouts.

The two were originally scheduled to meet in the main event of UFC Fight Night earlier last weekend before an concussion forced Duffy out of the contest.
Poirier was paid his show money for making the trek to Dublin.
Since losing to Conor McGregor, Poirier has found his stride back up at the lightweight division. Since then, “The Diamond” has rattled off two-straight impressive finishes over Carlos Diego Ferreira, and Yancy Medeiros. Following his first professional loss, Duffy took a three year hiatus to purse a boxing career before returning in 2014 with back-to-back stoppage wins. There’s no reason to believe he won’t have a very similar line at UFC 195. UFC Fight Night 81 takes place on January 17th from the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts with TJ Dillashaw and Dominick Cruz headlining.

The highly anticipated card will be headlined by a welterweight title fight between champion Robbie Lalwer and Carlos Condit, while it will also feature a heavyweight clash between Stipe Miocic, who also withdrew from Dublin with an injury, and Andrei Arlovski.
