Pokemon Go for RNC 2016, can Trump catch ’em all?
The Republican Party gathers in Cleveland still bitterly divided over whether to support Trump’s candidacy.

El Paso’s Republican delegates are making final preparations to attend the Republican National Convention next week in Cleveland. Many said they would still prefer Cruz to Trump.
“We’re throwing the baby out with the bathwater”, said Delegate Jordan Ross of Nevada.
State Rep. Marti Halverson, R-Etna, was on the RNC’s Platform Committee, which was led by U.S. Sen.
The delegation includes the former state director of the Ted Cruz campaign.
In a gesture to conservatives, the rules panel voted to create a commission that by 2018 could propose changes to the GOP’s presidential nominating process, which came under intense fire this year.
For those that are still undecided between Trump and presumptive Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton, both delegates stress how important it is to get out and vote and pick someone based on their values.
Hardly anybody wants to speak at Trump’s convention.
“If we hear out of the Republican convention a theme of fairness and opportunity that starts with jobs and the economy, I think that will resonate very, very strongly in the African-American community, as well as every other community”, Scott said on ABC’s Powerhouse Politics podcast.
The failed talks focused on conservative proposals aimed at appealing to grassroots conservatives that would take power away from Priebus and the Republican National Committee.
The effort was shut down in a series of votes, many of which were held without debate as the Trump campaign organized delegates to force speedy votes.
“He’s a phenomenal individual”, Spicer said. “And the people who support him, who want an outsider and want somebody who’ll shake it up, I don’t think they realize that”. Trump won most of those contests, garnering more than 13 million votes. We all matter”, the athlete stated, adding “So let’s come together on that; let’s unite on that. “There’s nothing to negotiate”.
Their hope was to get the rules committee to release delegates from having to vote for a candidate they oppose.
Kendal Unruh (pictured, left), the Colorado delegate who authored the proposal to “unbind” delegates, said Friday she’ll no longer try forcing a convention floor showdown on that plan.
Hack called Trump a “Democrat” and “liberal progressive” and said she’s refusing to vote for him at the convention that begins Monday.
If it is, it seems likely to lose.
Of course, #NeverTrump Republicans do have one final play left: They can vote for another candidate, or just skip the presidential ballot line, in November.

“It’s not a defeat”, Unruh said in her post.
