Police is asking help to the public to identify a robber whose face was completely covered with a black hat while robbery.

According to the report, the robber went to Ladbrokes betting shop in Penn Court, West Moors on Wednesday and threatened staff with a blade before taking a large amount of cash with him.

The whole incident was captured in the CCTV fixed inside the shop, but unfortunately, robber could not be identified because he had used a black mask to cover his face.

The police department later decided to ask with the people if they have ideas about the robber, so they posted the ‘faceless’ robber image on their official website.

A police officer, James Lees, said “I urge the man pictured – and anyone who recognizes him – to contact me, in confidence, as soon as possible”.
