In a statement made by her attorney, Jolie said the decision to divorce Pitt “was made for the health of the family”.

Pitt has six children with actress Angelina Jolie, who filed for divorce from the actor on Monday.
According to the DCFS source, Pitt is not allowed to have contact with the child, which is usual in such cases, while the investigation is ongoing.

After news of the divorce hit headlines around the world, Pitt released a statement to People magazine, explaining his focus is on his children.
A spokesman for the county’s Children and Family Services department said he could not confirm or deny that the agency was involved in any investigation, citing confidentiality laws.
“They always had disagreements when it came to disciplining the kids”, a source told People. “I kindly ask the press to give them the space they deserve during this challenging time”, Pitt said to People after the divorce went public.
