Police forces across Canada warn of risks involved with playing Pokemon Go
Perhaps now that the app is finally available in most of the major western regions, Niantic will start focusing its attention on releasing it in the Asian region.

Investors are cheering the success of Pokemon Go as a good sign for Nintendo’s push into mobile gaming.
Pokemon Go is now the hottest app in the United States, topping both Google Play and Apple App Store’s Top Grossing charts.
Pokémon Go launched in Australia and New Zealand on 5 July, and became an overnight sensation with its United States launch the following day.
The Democratic senator has written to the CEO of Niantic, the company that created Pokemon Go, concerned that the wildly popular game app is collecting a “broad swath of personal information” from users.
According to the Pokemon Go subreddit, users in Germany are able to access the game officially.
Its release has added $9 billion to Nintendo’s market cap, despite the fact that Nintendo didn’t make the game.
Everything about Pokemon Go is catching Pokemon while on the move.
“Don’t play Pokemon GO!” said user Pitaorenzhe on Chinese microblogging site Weibo. A Missouri police department reported robbers using a secluded “PokeStop” location to rob unsuspecting game players.
In another instance, players following digital lures within the game were directed to a sex shop.
“Then, when war breaks out, Japan and the USA can easily target their guided missiles, and China will have been destroyed by the invasion of a Japanese-American game”, said a social media post circulated on Weibo. “For younger players especially, the usual advice applies here – be careful where you go and who you talk to”.

Developed by Niantic Labs, Pokemon Go is is already taxing the company’s servers. “We are trying to find out if we can get the museum excluded from the game”.
