Chris is scheduled to appear at the Clara Shortridge Foltz Criminal Justice Center on 20 September (16) for arraignment.

Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, tweeted early Wednesday morning that the musician had been released, and added, “The allegations against him are demonstrably false”. Chris is out and well.
“He is being transported to robbery homicide, where he will be arrested for assault with a deadly weapon”, Chris Ramirez, the Los Angeles Police Department’s Lieutenant, told reporters at a media conference. Then, while posting a series of now-deleted Instagram videos about his innocence, Brown found himself in a bit of a standoff against the Los Angeles SWAT.
Following the long stand-off outside his home, Chris is said to have thrown a duffel bag out of a window, with police seizing drugs and a firearm from within the abode. “Then somebody make a f***ed up allegation about me, and oh yeah the whole f***ing SWAT team”. “Brown or his associates, however, Miss Curran has incorrectly identified herself as Miss California Regional”.
A representative for Curran said the former Miss Regional California 2016 said that she had no idea that investigators in NY wanted her for questioning.
The model also told TMZ she’s visited Brown’s home in the past and never encountered any trouble. She says another man at his home and Brown became angry with her when she admired the man’s diamond necklace. “I’m not”, he said in an uploaded video.
Soon after, Brown allegedly entered the room. “I’m exhausted of this s**t”.
Baylee Curran has accused the singer of threatening her with a gun while they were hanging out at his Tarzana, Calif. home.
When she tried to leave members of Brown’s entourage demanded she not leave with her cell phone until she signed a non-disclosure agreement.

During the police standoff, Brown claimed that the incident took place after “two uninvited guests” showed up to his house. If someone calls 911 and says you pulled a gun on them in your house, are the police coming to creat a bunker at the end of your drive way for 11 hours to wait for a search warrant?
