“JDP is aware of rumors that an assault occurred in connection with Fisk’s death”, the statement said.

“My thoughts and prayers are with the family of Mayor Greg Fisk”, Walker wrote.
Johnson said Fisk suffered injuries but the exact cause of the injuries is not known.
Johnson said it’s unclear exactly how long Fisk had been dead when he was discovered but had “made some appointments earlier in the day”. An autopsy was performed today and suggests that external injuries sustained by Fisk were consistent with an “injury due to falling or stumbling onto objects”.
Cops said nothing at the scene indicates Fisk’s death was a suicide or related to drugs.
