Perhaps Drake should rethink having an after party for the music fest – someone was shot at the OVO after party at music past year.
The “sporadic shooting”, which occurred in and outside of Muzik nightclub, initially took place around 3:15 a.m. Tuesday, according to Billboard and police.
At least one victim was inside the club, then the shooting moved outside, Mr Sloly said.
“We’re here today to say enough is enough, to mass shootings in our schools, our college campuses, our military bases and even in our movie theaters”, she said, and added that she and her cousin, Democratic Sen. Police believe that there may be more victims and encourage them to come forward.
“This was a brazen, large-scale ongoing firearm incident and our officers and members of the public were directly in the line of fire”, said Deputy Police Chief Peter Sloly. Police have blocked off the area surrounding the club and are continuing their investigation. Sloly said police fired no shots. “Uniformed officers have the area cordoned off because it is a very large scene”.
