In Scotland, a gang of boys (probably) throwing potatoes on girls causing several injuries, some of them are very serious.

According to the report, a victim girl have complaint about the gang who threw potatoes on them, leaving serious bruising on her face.
Another victim explains that she thought she had been shot.
However, police yet have arrested a man on suspicion – but other gang member are remain unknown.
Regarding the issue, the area’s police inspector, Natalie Doherty, said “Whilst initially the males involved may have deemed this a boyhood prank, the consequences were clearly not considered and as a result two females including a 13-year-old child have been left injured”.
