A video uploaded on YouTube that shows a police officer changing diaper of a baby while on duty.

According to the report, the two officers, Kerry Stallings and Mark Stevens, while on duty, seen two infants left inside a car in a Wal-Mart parking lot on Feb. 28 after their parents were arrested.
But one of them was in urgent need of diaper change and was crying loudly. So one of the police officer decided to change his diaper.
Later, one officer said “I’ve changed many outside of work, but in 15 years, I’ve never had to change a diaper at work”.
Due to their humanity, the council has decided to award them.
