The man who shot the video told KCRA it isn’t the first time he’s seen the woman abuse her dog.

The video spurred a tsunami of phone calls reporting the animal abuse to Fairfield Police, California.
The dog, a pug named Ben, is owned by Chin and her boyfriend, the boyfriend’s roommate told KTVU-TV.
Authorities are looking for a Fairfield woman suspected of animal abuse after she was caught on video angrily throwing a pug into the street like a ragdoll.
But it did, and now not just people in Fairfield, but also beyond are calling Chin an animal abuser, among other names.
“We are looking to file animal cruelty charges against her and have this dog removed from her because the dog doesn’t deserve that”, Ramirez said.
Officers on Thursday said they responded to the home along with Humane Animal Services officials from Solano County.
After the video of Chin tossing the dog was posted on Facebook, and it got 40,000 views. “I don’t think she should be charged anything like that at all”.

Upon having thrown the pug at her boyfriend, Ben is observed rolling several times after hitting the ground.
Few people who have seen the disturbing footage have accepted these explanations are reassuring or valid however, especially since the eyewitness has recounted to reporters that he has seen such cruelty before from Chin’s side, but hadn’t been able to document it.
“She got in a fight with her boyfriend and she got upset and she, I don’t know took the dog”, Seward said.
