Police seek second man in cellphone death
Cook, 18, was shot and killed in a northeast London parking lot on June 14, after tracking his lost cellphone to a vehicle to the area.

A third person who was seen leaving the area before the shooting has been identified, but has not cooperated with police.
Police are now searching for 24-year-old Mohamed Ibrahim Sail, saying he’s wanted on a charge of second-degree murder. Police say he is considered risky and the public should not approach him. North in London.
Police are looking for a second Calgary man wanted in the shooting death of a young man who tried to get his cellphone back in London, Ont. Police said he was shot after grabbing the vehicle as it attempted to speed away.
Police responded to the scene and found the victim without vital signs after suffering multiple gunshot wounds behind a plaza located at Highbury Avenue and Huron Street.
The first suspect, Muhab Sultanaly Sultan, 23, was found dead in the Rideau River in Ottawa on June 27.
Several hours later police say they were called to the river’s edge, where the same man was trying to swim across and police entered the water, but were unable to reach the suspect before he went under. His body has since been pulled from the Rideau River in Ottawa following a police chase.
