“Tonight I will sleep in peace”, Buzzard’s mother, Jacqui Shay, said Friday after hearing that her daughter had been found unharmed.
Both individuals are being held on shoplifting charges, according to Myrtle Beach police Lt. Joey Crosby. “I don’t care if she’s in jail or not; she’s safe”.
Ravert is being held at the Myrtle Beach Police Department on the shoplifting case and the robbery, aggravated assault and terroristic threats charges filed by Cornwall police for the August 9 incident at Philhaven, Crosby said. No hospital staff was injured.
Alicia Buzzard, 21, and Elliot Ravert, 18.
Buzzard’s mother, Jacqueline Shay, says her daughter dated Elliott Ravert for about a month but was forced to end her relationship about two weeks ago after the pair became intimate.
“We’re happy she is safe and sound”, Hopkins said.
Police in Lebanon have issued a warrant for the arrest of Ravert on charges of robbery, aggravated assault and terroristic threats.
Police said Ravert is in police custody in Myrtle Beach.
