Only Isaiah McKenzie has been accused of making “terroristic threats or acts”.

Police were called onto the scene Monday, but did not deem McKenzie’s actions worthy of any charges.

The incident took place at 10:40 p.m.at the Chili’s on Alps Road in Athens, Georgia.

“The victim declined to prosecute so the case is closed as far as we are concerned”, Hilda Sorrow, the Athens-Clarke County police spokesman, told Seth Emerson of Dawg Nation on Wednesday. He’s most dynamic in the return game where he has eight punt returns for 116 yards and a touchdown.

It’s still not clear if McKenzie will face any team discipline for the incident.

The police report also lists safety Dominick Sanders, wideout Terry Godwin, linebacker D’Andre Walker and safety Jarvis Wilson as witnesses to the incident.
