According to the report, Florida Democrat Joe Garcia, who was attending a hearing organized by the House Judiciary Committee, was filmed digging into his ear and then apparently eating what came out.
Viewers who were watching their representative at that time on C-SPAN, left stunned after seeing this type of action from him.
