Possible Last Chargers Game at Qualcomm Emotional
Following an emotional win on what could be the final game at Qualcomm Stadium, the San Diego Chargers travel to Northern California looking to keep the good times rolling, this time hoping to upset the rival Oakland Raiders in Week 16. If they get their way, the Chargers could be playing their home games about 120 miles north next season. In potentially their final game at Qualcomm Stadium, the Chargers (4-10) produced one of their most complete efforts of the season in dominating Miami (5-9). It’s one of two Los Angeles-area stadium projects the National Football League is considering along with the Inglewood proposal being pushed by St. Louis Rams owner Stan Kroenke.

San Diego is thought to be on its way out of town, with Los Angeles as the team’s destination.
Lost in the emotion was that the Chargers played better than they did in failing to score a touchdown in three of their last four games, including in each of their last two home games.
With Pouncey and Albert out of action Sunday, the Dolphins ended the game with an offensive line that included two rookies (John and Douglas) and a second-year player (Billy Turner).
“I’m still out there to play to win”, Tannehill said.
John came back into the game after Pouncey was injured because Douglas had to play center.
Rivers threw three touchdown passes to running back Danny Woodhead, who also ran for a score (the first rushing touchdown for the Chargers since Woodhead ran for a pair in the season opener against Detroit). Miami’s defensive coaches were having a hard time keeping up with the pace, and different packages, the Chargers were throwing at them.
San Diego Chargers wide receiver Dontrelle Inman (15) catches a pass in front of Miami Dolphins cornerback Bobby McCain (28). He rushed for 27 yards on six carries, but had the longest rush of the game for the Dolphins at 12 yards.
Miami, which trailed 23-0 at halftime and 23-7 after three quarters, only had five snaps in Chargers territory and seven first downs entering the fourth quarter. They got us pretty good and we haven’t done squat in the division.
“After [Albert] went down and Pouncey, those guys rallied and we got a 12-yard touchdown, and they battled and gave us a chance”, Campbell said.
“We have two [games] to go”, Campbell said. But we get to close it out, if it is the end.

The bar, with satellite TVs all over the walls, fills up with a hodgepodge of fans when East Coast teams play in the morning. Veteran tight end Antonio Gates reeled in at least six catches for the fifth time this season, but has been held out of the end zone in six of eight contests.
